While and after doing the programme I noticed that I became more focused, thereby more productive. When using the techniques taught by Nikki, I can accomplish more within a day. Sometimes I need to remind myself though, but as soon as I put into practice what I have learned, I regain the level of consciousness required to achieve a certain task. The programme has helped me see things clearer and be more precise when making decisions or conveying a message. NIkki is lovely, and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the programme.
